Job summary

Lemonjuice Capital & Solutions is seeking two dedicated Facilities Technicians for the Bryan's Spanish Cove resort in Orlando, FL. This full-time, hourly role offers year-round work with day or night shifts and weekend/on-call availability.

You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to guest repair requests, manage inventory, and assist with painting, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping tasks. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Addresses guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
• Maintains maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
• Performs preventive maintenance on tools, equipment, and building systems.
• Repairs on interior and exterior landscaping and sprinklers as required.
• Tests and troubleshoots basic issues with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC components.
• Programs TVs and handles inventory duties for technicians.
