Job summary

Eataly North America is seeking a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Sales Associate in Dallas to deliver exceptional guest service across gelato, pastries, coffee, paninis and other Italian treats. You will report to the QSR General Manager and assist across counters, with emphasis on accuracy, speed and product knowledge.

Responsibilities include completing food prep, setting up stations, FIFO inventory, labeling, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service preferred.
• Outstanding communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides service across all QSR counters.
• Completes food preparation assignments neatly and on time.
• Sets up stations and replenishes displays with proper labeling.
• Ensures FIFO and dating standards are followed.
• Operates cash register and handles cash accurately.
