Job summary

Graton Resort & Casino is seeking an Internal Maintenance Shift Manager to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations on their shift and ensure outstanding guest service. The role involves coordinating vendor tasks, supervising team members, and maintaining Graton appearance standards across the property.

The manager will lead efforts with internal departments, ensure safety, and sustain high levels of cleanliness and operational efficiency throughout the venue.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned shift for Internal Maintenance.
• Coordinate with IT, Engineering and vendors to resolve issues.
• Ensure cleanliness and Graton Guest Service Standards are met.
• Schedule and supervise team members and relief coverage.
• Respond to guest and staff requests with professional service.
