Wonder is seeking friendly Team Members in Brookline, MA to prepare menu items, assist guests, and support both kitchen and delivery operations. You will follow food-safety guidelines, maintain clean stations, and help ensure accurate orders.

Shift options include full-time and part-time roles with a $18.00 hourly rate, plus a $2.00/hour overnight premium. Eligible employees can earn more through certifications and advancement into Trainer or Supervisor roles.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for a full shift.

Responsabilités

• Create amazing food to Wonder standards while keeping stations clean and organized.
• Greet guests warmly, assist with orders, pickups, payments, and the Wonder app.
• Share knowledge about concepts and support meal-kit and delivery operations.
• Participate in light local marketing activities.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness across kitchen and dining areas.
• Support teammates and maintain a positive, high-energy environment.
