Job summary

Grand Beach Hotel Surfside is seeking a diligent Housekeeper to maintain guestroom cleanliness and hygiene to Grand Beach Service standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong guest relations skills, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Training will cover all rooms, amenities, and safety procedures to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Service orientation is required.
• Able to work as part of a dynamic quality-driven team.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Able to push, stand, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Reports to work as scheduled, in proper uniform per appearance standards.
• Cleans and sanitizes all assigned rooms and bathrooms.
• Follows the designated sequence of room assignments.
• Cleans guestroom windows and balconies to hotel standards.
• Replaces amenities and linens according to hotel standards.
• Keeps cart and linen closets clean and orderly.
• Reports irregularities to Supervisor and notifies discrepancies as applicable.
• Turns in lost and found items per department standard.
• Cleans rooms within shift time requirements and passes inspections.
