Hyatt Regency Minneapolis invites you to join our Housekeeping team as a Houseperson. You will support public areas and back-of-house spaces, helping maintain clean, safe spaces for guests and colleagues.

This role offers an AM shift (8:00am–10:00am) with benefits starting at day one, including health, 401K, travel discounts, and tuition assistance, reflecting Hyatt's commitment to care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and move items.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and reach for extended periods.
• Comfortable working indoors/outdoors and on multiple floors.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• AM shift with start times between 8:00am and 10:00am.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and other public spaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and remove trash as needed.
• Clean and restock public restrooms throughout the shift.
• Monitor and refresh high-traffic areas to ensure they remain guest-ready.
• Deliver linens, towels, and supplies to Room Attendants.
• Remove soiled linens and trash from guest floors.
• Assist with stocking housekeeping closets and carts.
• Support deep-cleaning projects as assigned.
