Job summary

Hyatt Regency Minneapolis is seeking a Room Attendant to ensure guest rooms are clean, well-stocked, and welcoming. This on-site position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong time management, and reliable teamwork from a dedicated team.

Shifts start between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Eligible for health benefits after 30 days of full-time employment, 401(k) with company match, discounted room nights at Hyatt properties, and free nights after 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Customer service orientation and a true desire to satisfy guests.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weights.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, restock amenities, and clean bathrooms.
• Make beds and vacuum rooms to hotel standards.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
