Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a House Attendant to maintain guest floors and public areas, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment throughout the property. You will support Room Attendants, assist with laundry and maintenance tasks, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

We value professional, energetic team players with good English communication and a strong guest-service mindset. Flexible shifts and holiday availability are important for this role.

Qualifications

• Basic English reading, writing and speaking required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest floors and public spaces to maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with fitness center, meeting rooms, and laundry as needed.
• Support Room Attendants and handle housekeeping supplies.
• Maintain storage areas and ensure timely cart stocking.
• Provide a welcoming greeting to guests and respond promptly to needs.
