Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure all hotel equipment is functioning and guest rooms are kept in good repair. You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to guest requests, and maintain a pristine environment in accordance with company standards.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, following safety guidelines, and coordinating with vendors as needed. The role supports a clean, safe, and welcoming guest experience at our property in Indianapolis.

Qualifications

• Read and speak English proficiently; interact with guests and vendors.
• Understand safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedures and standards.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Apply basic math for measurements and unit conversions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property equipment and premises to ensure pristine conditions.
• Repair items listed on work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as scheduled.
• Follow Green Shield Binder procedures and safety guidelines.
• Assist with guest requests and maintain cleanliness in guest areas.
• Monitor and coordinate with outside vendors as directed.
