Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hotel/hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and team members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide exceptional guest service and respond promptly to requests.
• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms and suites to standard.
• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and supplies as needed.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; sanitize bathrooms and fixtures.
• Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies; manage trash.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness before occupancy and report issues.
• Maintain housekeeping closets and supply areas clean and organized.
• Transport linens; assist with laundry duties as needed.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and follow safety standards.
• Communicate with Front Desk, Maintenance, and Management.
