OTH Hotels Resorts is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the safety and comfort of our properties. This hands-on role covers repair, preventive maintenance, and responsive service across guest rooms, public spaces, and back-office areas.
You will troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues, perform routine tasks, and keep accurate maintenance records while coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor. The work is physical and fast-paced, with varied shifts.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the repair, upkeep, and preventive maintenance of hotel facilities, guest rooms, and equipment. This role ensures that all building systems operate safely and efficiently, supporting a comfortable, well-maintained environment that enhances the guest experience.
The technician performs hands-on maintenance work and responds quickly to service requests to minimize downtime and guest disruption. This position operates in a fast-paced hotel environment requiring strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a guest-focused service mindset.
This role involves active, physical work throughout the property, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. The position requires flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call availability for emergencies. Success in this role requires reliability, technical ability, and a commitment to quality workmanship and guest satisfaction.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: 1-3+ years of maintenance, repair, or general handyman experience required, preferably in a hospitality or commercial environment.
Travel required: No travel required; position is property-based.
Technical or trade certifications preferred but not required.
