Qualifications

• Experience in bartending or Food & Beverage preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and personalized service to all guests.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes and standards.
• Upsell premium beverages, specials, and food offerings to maximize revenue.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking of the bar area.
• Follow all local, state, and company alcohol service regulations and brand standards.
• Partner with Front Desk, Kitchen, and Management to ensure seamless guest service.
