Qualifications

• Sanitation, safety and customer service are covered in in-house training.
• Clear communication is required.
• Trustworthy with handling payments and operating a cash register.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a kind, courteous and respectful way.
• Take verbal drink and meal orders according to guest preference.
• Serve high quality food and ensure orders are complete and properly presented.
• Manage cash and process payments securely.
• Maintain cleanliness of the station and pantry.
• Perform side work during downtime (e.g., restocking, cleaning).
• Operate the service cycle and assist teammates as needed.
• Know the menu well to suggest items to guests.
• Communicate issues to management as they arise.
