Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least two years of fast-food experience.
• Must qualify to obtain and maintain a Class “A” gaming license.
• Must qualify to obtain and maintain a Food Handlers Certificate.
• Must qualify to obtain and maintain a Tips Certification.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders and input them in Micros (POS).
• Collect payment and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of food and beverage pricing.
• Stock condiments and re-stock as needed.
• Set and clear tables; sweep and mop floors.
• Provide friendly, professional guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow cash handling procedures and closing cash policies.
• Work as a team and assist coworkers as needed.
