Responsibilities

• Take guest orders, enter them in Micros (POS), and collect payment.
• Display knowledge of food and beverage pricing.
• Follow cash handling procedures, maintain the cash drawer and closing cash policies.
• Assist guests in a friendly, professional manner and meet their needs.
• Restock condiments and related supplies.
• Set and clear tables and chairs according to outlet standards.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Empty trash as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
