Job summary

The Club at Eaglebrooke, part of Troon, is seeking a part-time Food and Beverage Helper in Lakeland, FL. The role involves assisting service staff, welcoming guests, handling reservations, and supporting daily dining operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform duties.
• Must complete Alcohol Awareness Training.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of point of sale (POS) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and escorts to their table.
• Seats guests in rotation and maintains guest lists.
• Supervises station setups and side work, supports service staff.
• Assists with bussing tables and taking cocktail orders.
• Maintains reservation book and notes special requests.
• Retains knowledge of menu items, prices and procedures.
• Keeps service areas clean and presentable.
• Stays visible on the dining floor and communicates guest needs to management.
• Checks tables before service to ensure proper settings.
• Communicates guest requests and concerns to the manager.
