The role emphasizes guest service, POS accuracy, and safe work practices; a HS diploma or GED is preferred, with benefits including healthcare and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read/speak English to perform duties.
• Knowledge of POS system and alcohol service requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate attention to guests upon seating.
• Describes specials and answers questions; suggests menu items.
• Takes orders and delivers food promptly after preparation.
• Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction and restocks as needed.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and tastings.
• Maintains clean workstation and performs side work duties.
• Sets up/breaks down golf stations each shift.
• Manages checks and cash; uses Point of Sale system.
• Adheres to service standards for greeting, drinks and meals.
• Cross-trains in bartending service as needed.
