Job summary

Pilot Company in Weed, CA is seeking a Facility Services teammate to maintain cleanliness of the store, clean showers and restrooms, wash and handle towels, perform general repair and maintenance, and remove trash while delivering excellent guest service. Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds, work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and thrive in a team environment. Prior experience is a plus; wellness programs and 401(k) are available.

Qualifications

• Motivated self-starters.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a similar position (preferred).
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to fix small problems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
