Job summary

Pilot Company in Colorado Springs is seeking a Facility Services team member to maintain cleanliness of the store, clean showers and restrooms, and perform light repair and maintenance to ensure a safe, welcoming guest experience.

You will also handle towels, trash, and support overall travel center operations across varied shifts, including nights and weekends. Weekly pay, meal benefits, and health plan options are offered to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
