Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• 1+ year of general building maintenance and repair experience.
• Completion of high school diploma or related vocational training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Complete minor work orders (tiles, filters, bulbs, painting, plumbing, etc.).
• Prepare equipment for the following day’s work and ensure operation.
• Monitor electrical systems and guest entrance doors to ensure efficiency.
• Maintain front entrance, parking lot, and grounds in a presentable state.
• Follow procedures to secure inventory and minimize waste.
• Respond to guest questions and assist with other duties as assigned.
