Terrible's in Las Vegas is seeking a friendly and reliable Food and Beverage Porter to support guest and team needs. You will maintain clean dishware, stock service areas, and ensure readiness across front and back of house.

The role requires strong attention to detail, a professional appearance, and the ability to lift up to 45 lbs, along with a valid Food Handler’s certification. Compliance with SNHD guidelines is essential for daily operations.

Formación

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of restaurant experience preferred.
• Must demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside the workplace.
• Strong customer service skills with a drive for 100% guest satisfaction.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid food handler’s certification.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains the overall cleanliness and organization of the dish room.
• Properly cleans and sanitizes all dishware, flatware, and glassware to SNHD standards.
• Replenishes dishware, flatware, and glassware to BOH and FOH as needed.
• Ensures clean and dry floors throughout the shift.
• Stocks dishware in the service aisle and cook’s line to ensure smooth service flow.
• Provides a strong first impression and delivers exceptional guest and team service.
• Ensures all food and beverage items are prepared to standard before being served to guests.
• Adheres to Health Department guidelines and maintains sanitation standards.
• Assists team members in other areas as needed.
• Performs any other responsibilities within the scope of the job description.
