Tao Group Hospitality in Las Vegas is seeking a dishwasher/porter to join our culinary services team. You will help maintain cleanliness of dish stations, kitchen, and venue, assist in opening/closing procedures, and support chefs and co-workers with daily tasks.

Previous porter or dishwasher experience is preferred. The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and a collaborative, professional attitude in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and accommodate the needs of all employees.
• Aides in cleaning inside and outside the venue.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the dish station, the kitchen, and the entire venue.
• Properly sets-up dish station and performs opening/closing procedures as directed by management.
• Stocks stations with prescribed supplies.
• Maintain and clean kitchen equipment.
• Wipes down and sanitizes stations.
• Reports all breakage, and damage of equipment or furniture immediately to management.
• Attends and participates in daily pre-service meetings.
• Attends and participates in any training sessions or departmental meetings.
