You may assist with food prep and beverage outlets as needed and perform additional duties during downtime. The position emphasizes strong customer service, English proficiency, and the ability to stand long hours in a busy resort environment.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and process transactions accurately.
• Must be able to read and speak English; other languages a plus.
• Stand for 8–10 hours per shift and lift up to 15–20 lbs.
• Handle cash, give correct change, and operate a register/POS.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, positive manner.
• Accurately process guest transactions at various resort outlets.
• Collect payments and issue correct receipts.
• Maintain safety for yourself, coworkers, and guests.
• Provide excellent customer service to create a positive guest experience.
• Operate soda machines, scoop ice cream, and assist with boxing or food prep as needed.
• Assist with additional tasks in assigned areas during downtime.
