Job summary

Ottine Mineral Springs is seeking experienced and passionate Food + Beverage Attendants to take orders, process transactions, and deliver food and beverage items in a friendly, efficient manner. The Food + Beverage Attendants will be key members of the food + beverage team, and they’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience at our service counter.

Both full-time and part-time positions will require some nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred.
Experience in food service or counter position is preferred.
Knowledge of nutrition, dietary requirements, and wellness-focused cuisine is a plus.
Strong communication and teamwork skills required.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Valid Texas food handler card and TABC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service at the counter.
Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and answer menu questions.
Handle payments including cash and credit cards.
Prepare and hand over food and beverage items with proper presentation.
Maintain a clean, organized counter service area and ensure food safety standards.
Address guest concerns professionally and collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth service.
