Round1 Entertainment Inc. seeks friendly, outgoing staff to provide exceptional customer service in a lively food and beverage environment within a bowling/arcade venue.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 21+ for alcohol handling, with availability for nights and weekends preferred. Responsibilities include operating POS systems, preparing food and beverages, preserving clean dining areas, managing inventory, and ensuring proper safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21+ to handle alcohol.
• Availability for night shifts and weekends preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS register for food and drinks and at times for arcade payments.
• Prepare food and beverage items per company standards.
• Reset and bus food court seating area.
• Wash dishes, glasses and utensils.
• Conduct opening/closing cash and cleaning procedures.
• Manage inventory and maintain proper temperatures in coolers.
• Handle inventory of plates, cups and utensils.
• Perform restroom checks and light laundry tasks.
• Respond to customer requests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Occasionally operate POS to collect payments and allocate lanes or lend equipment.
