Job summary

Columbus Hospitality, Llc is seeking a friendly Dining Room Service Attendant in Ohio to warmly greet guests, guide them through our digital ordering, and ensure seamless service at tables. You will help with QR ordering, maintain cleanliness, and coordinate with bartenders and kitchen staff to deliver meals accurately and promptly.

The role requires attentiveness, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced dining room, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple tables and priorities.
• Experience in fast-paced restaurant environments.
• Comfortable assisting guests with QR-based and mobile ordering technology.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• Experience in hospitality preferred but not required.
• Must meet applicable requirements for handling and serving alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and explain QR ordering when needed.
• Assist guests with accessing the digital menu and placing orders.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly to tables.
• Monitor dining room and maintain cleanliness.
• Pre-bus tables and reset after guests depart.
• Coordinate with Bartender, Kitchen Team, and Manager on Duty.
• Handle payments and assist with gift certificates as needed.
• Provide utensils, napkins, and condiments to guests.
• Follow food safety and alcohol service policies.
• Complete opening, running, side-work, and closing duties.
