Job summary

Asbury Springhill, part of Asbury Communities, invites you to join our dining team as a friendly and organized Dining Attendant. You will be the face of our dining establishment, delivering exceptional service, seating guests, presenting menus, and coordinating lunch service in a fast-paced environment.

You will set up continental breakfast stations, assist with service, handle transactions, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and seat them at designated tables.
• Present menus and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders during lunch service and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and courteously, ensuring proper presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Clear tables between courses and after meals, maintaining a clean dining environment.
• Set and reset tables according to established service standards.
• Assist with continental breakfast setup and restocking.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and other dining staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in line with health regulations.
