Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts franchisee is seeking a Crew Member to join our fast-paced team in New York. You will prepare products, serve guests with enthusiasm, and maintain cleanliness while following brand standards and safety procedures.

In this role you will be accountable for shifts, adhere to schedules, and support training of team members. You’ll contribute to guest satisfaction and help deliver a great guest experience with a smile.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Able to count money and give accurate change.
• Able to operate basic restaurant equipment and follow safety rules.
• Customer-focused with ability to anticipate guests’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Hold themselves accountable for their shift responsibilities.
• Adhere to schedule and arrive on time.
• Deliver Guest Satisfaction per CARE standards.
• Maintain clean, neat workstations and support guest areas.
• Complete required training and help train others.
• Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare products according to recipes and procedures.
• Follow cash handling, cleanliness, food safety and safety procedures.
• Comply with all franchisee policies and brand standards.
