Dairy Queen is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to help provide superior customer service and high-quality products quickly, accurately and safely, following standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen. The goal is to meet or exceed guest expectations in quality, service, cleanliness, and consistency.

Team Members demonstrate friendliness, hospitality, respect, and genuine care toward guests and co-workers while completing all assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• No previous work experience required.
• Math skills needed to operate cash register, count and return change, and balance cash drawer.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.
