D Dairy Queen is hiring Team Members to perform customer service operations and ensure all products meet restaurant standards of quality and excellence. We are looking for an energetic person to join our team and help create smiles for guests.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing transactions, stocking, cleaning, and following health and safety guidelines. A positive attitude and strong teamwork are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Have excellent customer service skills, including strong verbal communications.
• Be able to perform under pressure in a high volume restaurant.
• Be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Read order monitors and communicate clearly with customers and co-workers.
• Exhibit good manners, personal hygiene, positive attitude, and promptness.

Responsibilities

• Communicates clearly, quickly and politely with co-workers to ensure correct order is served.
• Greets guests as they enter the restaurant and processes transactions accurately.
• Operates and maintains registers and cash drawer during shifts.
• Assembles and delivers orders quickly and efficiently.
• Keeps work area clean and sanitary; assists with end-of-day cleaning.
• Works as a team to ensure consistent quality, service, cleanliness and value.
