Qualifications
- Customer service experience in retail
- Experience handling cash and transactions
- Strong communication with customers and team
- Accurate reading, counting, and writing for transactions
- Ability to operate store equipment
Responsibilities
- Engage with guests and provide outstanding retail service
- Process transactions and handle cash accurately
- Bag items with care to protect products
- Stay informed about promotions and advertisements
- Maintain a neat register station and stock
- Relay guest requests to Guest Services leadership
- Ensure quality and quantity standards during peak times
- Perform duties to support the team
- Maintain regular, timely attendance and notify when replacements are needed
