Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming environment.
• Learn menu to answer questions, including knowledge of dietary restrictions.
• Take orders accurately on Toast POS, including phones and to-go orders.
• Make correct change and process payments.
• Stock front-of-house necessities and maintain cleanliness.
• Deliver food to tables and provide friendly service.
• Communicate with kitchen and FOH team to ensure accuracy and standards.
• Report issues to management promptly.
• Set up and break down station for each shift.
