Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patrons and create a welcoming environment.
• Master menu knowledge to inform guests and address dietary needs.
• Take orders and enter accurately in Toast POS.
• Process payments and make change as required.
• Stock stations with silverware, dishes, and napkins.
• Support food runners and expo during peak hours.
• Coordinate with kitchen and FOH to ensure order accuracy.
• Report issues to management and maintain dining area cleanliness.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of station for shifts.
