Job summary

H&S Energy Group in Santa Rosa, CA, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily store operations and provide exceptional customer service. You will cashier, maintain store presentation, ensure food and beverage quality, and help create a safe, welcoming environment for all customers.

You will greet customers, operate the POS system, stock displays, prepare self-serve food and beverages, and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• CPR and First Aid training a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers enthusiastically and provide welcoming service at checkout.
• Operate POS for cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy.
• Keep shelves, displays, and signage organized and visually appealing.
• Prepare and maintain self-serve food and beverage stations; ensure food safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the facility, restrooms, fueling area, and pumps.
• Assist with car wash operations and other duties as assigned by management.
