Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Work Experience: 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Knowledge: Basic Math, reading/writing English.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers and clients.
• Greets guests by name when appropriate and uses courteous Towne Park phone etiquette.
• Determines guest charges and processes payments via cash, credit, or direct billing.
• Completes accurate shift reports and handles cash banks per SOPs.
• Operates registers, gates and credit card machines; gathers daily event and rate information.
