Festival Foods is seeking a friendly Cashier to join our guest-focused team in Darboy, WI. You will handle checkouts, engage with guests, and help maintain an efficient shopping experience in a fast-paced environment.

As a part-time Cashier, you’ll work with the Guest Service Department to ensure accurate transactions, friendly service, and timely support during peak hours. Training and benefits are provided to help you grow with us.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills to engage with guests and provide outstanding retail service.
• Ability to process information and merchandise transactions and handle cash.
• Strong communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to read, count, and write accurately for precise transactions.
• Ability to operate equipment needed to perform the job.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in friendly conversations and make them feel welcome.
• Scan grocery items, process sales, and handle transactions.
• Bag items when needed to ensure safe delivery.
• Stay informed about promotions to assist guests effectively.
• Keep register area neat and stocked with supplies.
• Relay guest requests to the Guest Services leadership team as needed.
• Maintain quality and quantity standards during peak times.
• Perform other duties to support the team.
