Festival Foods in Darboy, WI is hiring a Grocery Clerk I to join our part-time team. You’ll stock shelves, keep products fresh, assist guests, and help maintain an organized store, delivering friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include stocking, inventory support, helping guests locate items, and collaborating with the Grocery Department Manager to meet daily goals. Regular attendance and teamwork are essential to success at Festival Foods.

Qualifications

• A helpful attitude and a commitment to excellent guest service.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Awareness of safety requirements and policies, including proper lifting techniques and box cutter safety.
• Ability to operate equipment such as power jacks, fork lift, walk-behind lifts, balers, and compactors (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide helpful guest service and assist guests with questions.
• Stock shelves, ensure products are fresh, in-date, and well-stocked.
• Help guests locate products and suggest alternatives.
• Unload deliveries and maintain accurate inventory.
• Collaborate with Grocery Dept Manager and team to meet goals.
• Keep the department clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
• Address guest concerns with professionalism.
• Keep shelves fully stocked by designated times.
• Regular, timely attendance and notice for absences.
• Support the team with other duties as assigned.
