Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic math and counting skills required.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Willingness to complete location-specific trainings (Food Handler/Alcohol).

Responsibilities

• Operate a register/POS and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Greet and assist customers, anticipate needs.
• Balance cash drawer and complete cashier slip deposits.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Know product merchandise to assist customers and process transactions.
• Complete opening/closing procedures as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work environment during and after shifts.
• Ensure location items are stocked and replenished as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
