Job summary

American Golf Corporation is seeking a friendly Cart Range Bag Attendant to deliver top guest service and keep our golf operation running smoothly. You will greet members, assist with loading clubs, maintain carts and range supplies, report issues, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards on site at our Los Angeles courses.

This on-site role involves daily cart prep, cleaning, stocking pencils, scorecards, tees, and maintaining fuel and oil levels.

Qualifications

• The ability to operate equipment such as golf carts, ball pickers, and related tools.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills are required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Education in golf or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and assist with loading clubs onto golf carts.
• Maintain golf cart fleet: wash/detail carts, stock amenities, report mechanical problems.
• Maintain the range: ensure sufficient balls, clean balls, and equipment functioning.
• Provide customer service by addressing concerns and directing to a supervisor.
• Assist with basic maintenance on carts and range equipment.
• Support management initiatives and other duties as assigned.
