Qualifications

• Experience in golf course operations or customer service preferred.
• Ability to operate golf carts and related equipment.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Education in golf or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, provide instruction on cart handling and loading.
• Maintain golf cart fleet: wash/detail, stock amenities, report issues.
• Maintain range: ensure adequate range balls, clean balls, rotate mats, check lighting.
• Provide customer service and direct concerns to a supervisor.
• Perform routine maintenance on carts and range equipment.
• Train other cart attendants as requested.
• Support American Golf initiatives and programs implemented by management.
