Dunkin' invites applications for a Team Member to join our fast-paced, guest-focused team in Fayetteville area. You’ll assist with food and beverage preparation, operate the front counter or drive-thru, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.

This role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and the opportunity to earn tips while developing valuable skills in food preparation, customer service, and teamwork.

Competenze

• Customer service oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Physical capability to lift up to 20 lbs when needed.

Mansioni

• Prepare food and beverages following brand standards and recipes.
• Provide excellent service by assembling and packaging orders accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
• Operate POS systems for Drive Thru or Front Counter orders and handle payments.
• Communicate effectively with guests, managers, and coworkers.
• Stock items and organize storage areas to ensure smooth operations.
