Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Member to help prepare food and beverages while delivering friendly, fast service. You will work in a busy, guest-focused environment and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities include following brand standards, assisting guests with questions, and ensuring accurate orders. This role requires teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
• Follow food safety standards
• Prepare food and beverages
• Assemble and package orders
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests
• Serve and communicate with guests
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas
