Dunkin' Donuts Incorporated is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to support daily operations in a fast-paced setting. You will prepare foods and beverages, follow brand standards, and maintain a clean workspace while serving guests with a friendly attitude.

Responsibilities include taking orders at drive-thru or front counter, handling payments if applicable, stocking supplies, and assisting coworkers to meet service goals in a team-driven environment.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to change.
• Excellent guest service and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Follow brand standards, recipes, and systems to prepare food and beverages.
• Assemble and package orders.
• Understand the restaurant menu and promotions to answer guest questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and service areas.
• Stock items at the workstation and manage supplies.
• Take orders at the Drive-Thru or Front Counter and handle payments if applicable.
• Meet speed of service standards while ensuring accurate orders.
• Serve and communicate with guests in a friendly, guest-focused manner.
• Collaborate with managers and coworkers to maintain operations.
