Job summary

Stonebridge Companies is seeking a Busser in Denver, Colorado (Cherry Creek) to maintain dining room cleanliness and support servers. The role pays $16.27 per hour plus tips and requires availability nights, weekends and holidays.

You will clear and reset tables, assist with delivering food and beverages, and help uphold high sanitation standards to ensure a smooth guest experience. As a Busser, you’ll work primarily indoors, stand and walk frequently, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to assist servers and provide excellent guest service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and utensils in a timely and efficient manner.
• Clean and reset tables for the next guest, ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, chairs, and service stations.
• Refill water glasses and provide additional service support as required.
• Carry dishes, trays, and glassware to the dishwashing area.
• Ensure all service stations are stocked with necessary supplies throughout the shift.
• Follow proper sanitation and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages.
• Assist with restaurant setup and breakdown during opening and closing shifts.
