Job summary

Rocky Gap Casino Resort in Maryland is seeking a Beverage Server to provide friendly, prompt service to guests and restaurant staff.

Responsibilities include mixing and serving drinks, taking orders, handling cash and payments, maintaining a clean bar, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Candidates must be at least 21, able to pass background checks, and have strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and polite presentation at all times.
• Ability to work with teammates in an efficient manner.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic including addition and subtraction.
• Proven experience providing high level guest service.
• Reading, writing, and understanding English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes.
• Serves beverages to Beverage/Food Servers promptly and efficiently.
• Takes and fills food and drink orders and maintains a clean dining area.
• Receives and records liquor store and supplies, and maintains bar stock.
• Maintains a neat, clean bar station and enforces responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Monitors guest alcohol consumption and enforces laws and company policies.
