Job summary

Midtown Athletic Clubs is hiring a friendly and driven Food & Beverage Associate to enhance our restaurant experience. You will serve and deliver meals, take orders, and assist with payments while keeping a clean, safe workspace.

This role requires a customer-service mindset, teamwork, and evening/weekend flexibility. Prior food & beverage experience and ServSafe certification are a plus; transferrable skills are welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
• Ability to handle money and payments with integrity.
• Desire to work in a team and build relationships with members.

Responsibilities

• Serve and deliver meals and smoothies to members with pride.
• Maintain a sanitary workspace and proper cleanliness.
• Take accurate and efficient orders from customers.
• Handle money and payment information with integrity and accuracy.
• Build lasting relationships with members and staff through interactions.
• Support special events as needed.
• Assist back-of-house with dishwashing when required.
