Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Attractions Attendant to ensure safe operation of attractions and provide a positive guest experience. The role requires strict adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and on‑the‑job training certification.

Applicants must be 18+ and able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities include enforcing rules, assisting guests, and promptly reporting any issues, with opportunities to contribute to a high-energy entertainment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in guest service or attraction operations is a plus.
• Strong attention to safety and details.
• Ability to follow company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Able to represent the organization positively to the public.

Responsibilities

• Operate attractions only when certified through on‑the‑job training.
• Enforce attraction rules including age/height restrictions.
• Maintain and issue required equipment for each attraction.
• Monitor attractions for safety and guest experience.
• Assist guests entering and exiting attractions safely.
• Respond to emergencies and report issues promptly.
