Tucanos Boise is seeking an Assistant Manager – Guest Champion & Team Builder to lead front-of-house service, greet guests, and drive a guest-focused culture. You’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience with energy, warmth, and a passion for hospitality.

You’ll mentor team members, uphold high standards, and support the General Manager while balancing operations and guest satisfaction. This role offers growth into a GM position for the right leader.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with a strong guest-service focus.
• Daily presence on the floor with passion for guest connection.
• Coaching, accountability, and follow-up habits.
• Experience in both FOH and BOH restaurant operations.
• Positive communicator who leads by example and energizes the team.
• Open to growing into a General Manager role.

Responsibilities
