Tucanos Brazilian Grill, LLC is seeking a General Manager – Guest Experience Architect & People Developer. You will lead the team on the restaurant floor, uphold hospitality standards, and shape a guest-centric culture. Your role focuses on developing people, managing operations, and ensuring memorable experiences for every guest.

You’ll coach daily, set high standards, and drive performance while maintaining labor, quality, cleanliness, and financials in service of the guest.

Competenze

Proven leadership experience in hospitality/restaurant settings.
Ability to build guest loyalty through interactions and service excellence.
Strong coaching, feedback, and people-development skills.
Demonstrated accountability in managing team performance and standards.
Experience overseeing restaurant operations, labor, food quality, and finances.
Excellent written and spoken communication with clear decision-making.
