Job summary

DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Melbourne Beach Oceanfront is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping step team member to clean corridors, supply linen, and assist with guest requests on guest room floors. You will support Floor Supervisors and ensure hotel cleanliness to high standards.

The role involves lifting and moving heavy items, pushing carts, and maintaining organized closets. Shifts vary; flexibility is required to meet guest needs and hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to push heavy carts as part of daily tasks.
• Excellent communication by talking to guests and team members.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and maneuver equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain corridors, vending areas, elevators and landings to hotel standards.
• Provide linen supplies and stock floor closets for Room Attendants.
• Deliver and retrieve items requested by guests and Floor Supervisor.
• Remove trash and debris from floors and maintain cart and closet organization.
• Transport guest laundry as needed and ensure items are returned to proper storage areas.
